Terms of Use
The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between the customer and Antenke when selling on this website, telephone or e-mail.
Security
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a protocol for the secure transmission of data via the Internet (or other networks). The company Netscape Communications has designed and developed SSL - the protocol that has now become the industry standard.
A protocol is a set of rules and procedures on how the information (data) should be processed. The SSL protocol processes the data in several different ways and "recasts" the information. This is done so that the data cannot be read during the transfer between the two computers, this "reversal" is called encryption. When the data is received at the receiver, SSL makes sure to "put back" the data in its original order, checks that the sender is correct (Server Authentication) and also checks that the data has not been changed during transmission (Message Integrity).
SSL uses digital certificates to verify the sender, receiver, or both sender and receiver of the data transfer. A digital certificate is the "tool" used to connect the information about an individual or organization to a so-called "public key" with two purposes:
- All SSL certificates for the internet are handled by companies that are certified certificate creators. This also means that all SSL certificates are unique and correctly issued. Anyone applying for an SSL certificate must verify their own or their organization's identity in order to purchase an SSL certificate.
- For consumers, the only requirement for using SSL is that the browser supports SSL, which the two most used browsers Internet Explorer and Firefox have been able to do for many versions. In addition, it is required that SSL is not turned off in the browser settings.
Secure card payment
To make card purchases on the website as secure as possible, all information is sent encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that the information takes place via a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by outsiders. For card purchases, we work with an authorized payment intermediary who helps us check that the card is valid for purchases directly from your bank.
We accept VISA and MasterCard. When you confirm your order, your details are sent to our partner Stripe, who checks the validity of the card. Stripe is PCI certified. They use SSL encryption of the payments which is standard for secure payments. Your card number is sent encrypted directly to the bank. Note does not have access to your bank card information or your bank account.
